Part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Maternal Fetal Medicine practice, this weekly clinic is held every Wednesday morning and provides expectant mothers with addictions to drugs (mostly opiates) or alcohol with personalized, high-risk obstetric care, treatment and counseling. STEPP also cares for expectant mothers with infectious diseases, which are frequently associated with illicit drug use.

Offers outpatient substance treatment programs including 1-on-1 visits, group counseling, methadone treetment and beufort treatment plans. ​

Their food pantry serves all zip codes with no verification required, and clothing is available monthly. They also offer free medical services (women's preventive care, HPV testing, eye clinic), along with a mobile food pantry, single moms' class, and a seasonal Christmas program.
